Preparation:
1. Cut the potatoes long ways to make good sized potato wedges.
2. Using olive oil spray, lightly oil the potatoes and toss wedges in a generous mixture of the OS Sunset Lime Seafood Salt and OS Mountain Pepper Seasoning until wedges are well coated on their cut sides.
3. Place the wedges on a non-stick baking tray and bake in a pre-heated hot oven (230oc) for approx 30 minutes or until cooked and golden brown.
4. When potatoes are completely cooked and crisp remove from the oven and serve with a dollop of sour cream and OS Bush Tomato …… Sprinkle with herbs.
