Aniseed Myrtle

Aniseed Myrtle when used as a dried herb is fantastic, crust a fillet of fish prior to cooking to create a unique flavour with great eye appeal, add to hollandaise sauce for fillet of beef or scallops. It is great folded through yoghurt and mayonnaises, sensational flavour profile that balances well with seafood or chicken. Great in herbal tea.
