Outback Rub
Outback Herb Rub is an aromatic blend of herbs and spices containing bush tomatoes and wattleseed. Coat goat, sheep or haloumi cheese and pan-fry. Use as a coating on all meats, lamb racks, steaks, turkey fillets or as a crust on salmon, butterfish, or add to bread dough
prior to baking.
