An old favourite packaged in an easy to use form, simple effective and great flavour.
Use to create your own flavoured Dijon Mustard Aioli used at a ratio of 3-5% in yogurt, sour cream and mayonnaise.
Dijonnaise Premix makes for a wicked seasoning on beef or chicken, sprinkled on meat at a ratio of 3-5% and allow marinading for approximately 20 minutes prior to cooking.
