Lemon Myrtle and Chilli Premix

Lemon Myrtle is similar in likeness to lemon grass, just much deeper in flavour. Ideally marinade prawns, chicken or beef for a great stir-fry or for a whole grilled salmon fillet at a ratio of 3-5% and allowed to marinade for approximately 20 minutes prior to cooking.
Simply add to yoghurt or mayonnaise at a ratio of 3-5 % for a sensational aioli for fries or tempura prawns
