Mango and Native Mint Premix

Mango and Native Mint is the perfect marinade for all poultry, lamb, fish, prawns and seafood at a ratio of 3-5% and allowed to marinade for approximately 20 minutes prior to cooking. The sweetness of the mango and the freshness of the native mint is a great combination. Simply add to yoghurt or mayonnaise at a ratio of 3-5 %.
