Wild Rosella Flowers
The actual fruit is interesting; it is actually the calyx of the Hibiscus flower. The calyx is harvested from the plant and then the internal seed is removed which makes up for approximately 60% of the weight. The fruit itself has a superb natural red magenta colour.
