Kakadu Plum and Chilli

Kakadu Plum Chilli Sauce is a sweet golden coloured chilli sauce with a honey and ginger flavour profile. Made from Kakadu Plums that are harvested from the top end and extremely high in Vitamin C, 2500 mg per 100 gm of fruit, to put in perspective an orange has 250 mg of Vitamin C per 100 gm of fruit. Ideal as a dipping sauce with either pan fried prawns or chicken goujons.
Fantastic drizzled over ham before baking.
