Quandong and Chilli

Quandong’s are an Australian Native Peach, a beautiful fruit that grows in semi arid conditions. Quandong and chilli sauce is wonderful with pan fried prawns or scallops. Add to pan juices with a dash of white wine and stock after cooking poultry or seafood. Try Quandong and Chilli Sauce with Thai style fish cakes or a poached duck breast.
