Pepperberry Herb
Description
Pepperberry is the hot and spicy fruit of the mountain pepper tree and has an intensity of flavour that must be respected. Pepperberry is ideal as a spice in all dishes or a coating on your favourite meat, fish or vegetables. Add to dressings, mayonnaise , aioli, sour cream or yoghurt for a flavour and heat kick- but don’t be surprised at the gorgeous purple colour that will bleed from the ground pepperberry. Spice up an olive tapenade or even add to a sorbet or icecream mix for something hot and wild.
