Returns PolicyReturns will be refunded after the warehouse has inspected items and declares the items are in their original condition.
All returns must have a return label on the package. We recommend customers use a shipping service with a tracking number when sending back returns. Return packages need to be received within 2 weeks of the date purchase. You may return an item within the first 14 days after receipt so long as the items are in the original condition for a full refund, this excludes sale items and gift packs. No refunds are available for sale items. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Any product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, Outback Spirit will not be responsible for processing and returning such items. Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns. Outback Spirit and Robins Foods Pty Ltd take no responsibility for items damaged or lost during the shipping process.
