Texas BBQ Rub with Mountain Pepper 60g
This fiery rub is full of robust flavour and spice from Mountain Pepper leaf and chilli heat combined with a gorgeous smokey characteristic that will make your next BBQ steak or roast a hit! You can use this rub with white meats, seafood and with vegetables such as pumpkin, sweet potato, cauliflower - it's endless!
Remember to massage this rub well into the meat (or whatever base) and let it rest for at least one hour and up to 24 hours for the best result.
