It's perfect served in the traditional manner with crusty bread and a good olive oil. It's equally great sprinkled over tomatoes freshly sliced for a sandwich or over tomatoes that you slowly roast - pop it on before you roast and then scatter a little more when ready to serve on a bruschetta. But don't stop there! Sprinkle this Dukkah over a Caprese salad of tomatoes, fresh buffalo mozzarella and basil - the extra herby flavours of Bush Dukkah with really add to the dish and visual appeal. Add a little when making a beautiful mash potato or sweet potato side - with lots of butter and sour cream, For something special, rub Bush Dukkah liberally over a piece of eye fillet before sealing in a pan or on the BBQ, with olive oil, and finish in a medium oven for 20 minutes for medium rare. Bush Dukkah forms a lovely herby crust on the eye fillet and great flavours.
