Our collection of Spiced Rubs includes four rubs with a traditional American style paprika and sugar base that everyone loves yet surprise with a unique Australian twist and we have included two exceptional herbaceous rubs that really showcase the aromatics of our Australian herbs.
It's always best to rub the Spiced Rub into the meat, poultry, fish or vegetable and make sure you rest it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and up to 24 hours for the best flavoursome result. You can BBQ, roast, grill saute, slow cook - just about anyway you like. You can sprinkle over vegetables such as Potatoes, pumpkin, sweet potato, cauliflower - any robust vegetable can be spiced up with one of our Spiced Rubs. You can mix a little ( tiny!) amount into Mayo or Aoili or add it to a dressing.
