Native Herb Dukkahs

Our exciting range of native herb infused Dukkahs will delight your tastebuds.  Elevate your dining experience with a mouthwatering appetizer, pairing our Dukkahs with freshly baked bread and drizzles of olive oil. But don't stop there! Dukkah can be added to Panko breadcrumbs to provide flavour and texture when coating meat, fish or vegetables, sprinkle Dukkah liberally over a salad, top your favourite dip ( we love these on hummus, beetroot dip and guacamole) with your favourite Dukkah and a little olive oil . So many ways to add flavour and texture to your dishes. Each Dukkah is 60g. This Native Herb Dukkah selection includes:

  • Bush Dukkah
  • Bush Dukkah
Provenance: Wattleseed from the vast Central Desert, Mountain Pepper from Tasmania and Lemon Myrle and Anisata from the coastal rainforest regions of NSW and Queensland and a touch of Rivermint from South Australia, Makes this the ultimate Bush Dukkah

This herbaceous Dukkah is aromatic and and has a big, robust flavour. It's perfect served in the traditional manner with crusty bread and a good olive oil. It's equally great sprinkled over tomatoes freshly sliced for a sandwich or over tomatoes that you slowly roast - pop it on before you roast and then scatter a little more when ready to serve on a bruschetta. • Lemon Myrtle Coconut & Chilli Nut Free Dukkah

Provenance: Lemon Myrtle is endemic to the coastal rainforest regions of Northern NSW and Soth Eastern Queensland with some found in Far North Queensland also. We use the leaves from these magnificent trees. The leaves are dried and ground to make a beautiful aromatic herb that has very high levels of the essential oil Citral. Lemon Myrtle, as the name suggests has an intense lemon flavour with elements of lemongrass and lemon verbena.

Lemon Myrtle is infused into a delicious blend of sesame seeds, shredded coconut with chilli, garlic and chives and the outcome is just super delicious. We call them Sprinkles but they are just like a dukkah except with no nuts  as coconuts are not an allergen or classified as tree nuts but rather the fruit of a coconut palm,

  • Wattleseed & Garlic Dukkah

Provenance:  Wattleseed is found in almost every part of Australia and was an important food source for First Australians. Our Wattleseed comes from the vast Central Desert, the Riverland region and the Yorke Peninsula to the Flinders Ranges of South Australia.

Discover an extraordinary taste sensation with our Wattleseed and Garlic Dukkah. This lavish combination of an iconic and eclectic Australian herb and exquisite nuts, sesame seeds and spices makes an exquisite appetizer. Savour with freshly-baked bread and olive oil for an indelible flavour encounter or sprinkle over your morning porridge or muesli for a delightful kick to breakfast. This scrumptious Dukkah is divine when sprinkled on soft poached eggs - or any eggs. It's equally delightful as a topping on toasted pumpkin or sweet potato.

  • Classic Dukkah

There is always room for a traditional Dukkah and we present the deliciously simple Classic Dukkah. It is perfect with fresh bread and olive oil, or try it as crusting on chicken breasts or a steak!  Top hummus with this Dukkah and a little olive oil to make a fantastic dip. Sprinkle over poached eggs or over a salad. Wonderful on Avocado slices drizzled with a little sesame oil and dusted with Dukkah!
