I used this product when crumbing my cutlets give extra nice taste to the cutlets would use again And next time try on fish

Hi Annette, this lovely nut free Dukkah is the best for coating meat, poultry and fish. It's particularly good on fish Annette, and it';s also worth trying adding some panko crumbs and mixing with the Dukkah. That makes the coating lighter for fish - and makes it last longer too! Hanks so much for the 5 star review Anneete, with gratitude the Outback Spirit team.

Provenance: Lemon Myrtle is endemic to the coastal rainforest regions of Northern NSW and Soth Eastern Queensland with some found in Far North Queensland also. We use the leaves from these magnificent trees. The leaves are dried and ground to make a beautiful aromatic herb that has very high levels of the essential oil Citral. Lemon Myrtle, as the name suggests has an intense lemon flavour with elements of lemongrass and lemon verbena.

Lemon Myrtle is infused into a delicious blend of sesame seeds, shredded coconut with chilli, garlic and chives and the outcome is just super delicious. We call them Sprinkles but they are just like a dukkah except with no nuts  as coconuts are not an allergen or classified as tree nuts but rather the fruit of a coconut palm,

So apart from using as a nut free Dukkah what else can use Lemon Myrtle Coconut Chilli Sprinkles you ask? Let us count the ways:

    • Sprinkle on any white meat before cooking
    • Add to Panko breadcrumbs for a fantastic coating  - or use on their own!
    • Sprinkle on fish and seafood, before or after cooking
    • Great as a seasoning over roast vegetables
    • Sprinkle over a salad
    • Sprinkle over a hummus dip, or an avocado dip, or a spicy pumpkin dip... so many more!
    • Bake a potato and top with sour cream and Lemon Myrtle Coconut Chilli Sprinkles

    Ingredients:
