Add a little when making a beautiful mash potato or sweet potato side - with lots of butter and sour cream,
For something special, rub Bush Dukkah liberally over a piece of eye fillet before sealing in a pan or on the BBQ, with olive oil, and finish in a medium oven for 20 minutes for medium rare. Bush Dukkah forms a lovely herby crust on the eye fillet and great flavours.
