This fantastic salt is made from local sea salt infused with deliciously aromatic leaves of Anisata and Native Mint and the spicy Tasmanian Mountain Pepperleaf.
Warning! This salt is addictive – you won’t be able to stop using it!
- We just love Wild Herb Salt scented crackling on pork - such gorgeous, aromatic aromas as it cooks and delicious to eat.
- Add to just about everything for a great flavour lift.
- Sprinkle on chips and freshly cooked fish, salads, soups, pasta or rub on a steak!
- And it is equally great on all sorts of vegetable - slow cooked tomatoes, or scattered on potatoes, pumkin- all root vegetables - before roasting or baking.
