This fantastic local sea salt is infused with the deliciously aromatic leaf herbs of rainforest Anisata, woodland Rivermint and spicy Tasmanian Mountain Pepperleaf.
Our native herbs bring such fantastic flavour and our sea salt is pretty special too. It's known as a solar salt - a naturally dried sea salt produced by the action of sun and wind on seawater in large ponds. The seawater evaporates, the salt then crystallizes on the floor of the pond and then scooped up, washed in seawater and dried. Warning! This salt is addictive – you won’t be able to stop using it!
